Yes, for custom projects we provide professional design consultation and optional on-site measurements. This ensures accuracy, harmony with your space, and a seamless design experience from start to finish.

Delivery & Installation

Do you deliver nationwide or internationally?
We deliver nationwide across Egypt, and we can arrange international shipping upon request. Each piece is carefully packed to ensure safe and secure delivery to your door.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the type of order. Ready-made furniture typically arrives within 5–9 days, while custom-made pieces require 21–30 days, depending on the design and production schedule.

Do you offer installation services?
Yes. Our delivery team provides on-site installation and ensures that each piece is perfectly placed and ready for use.

What types of wood do you use?
At WoodStreet, we carefully select natural hardwoods. Each type is chosen for its strength, beauty, and unique grain patterns — ensuring every piece of furniture carries its own natural character and timeless quality.

Are your products made from solid wood or veneer?
Most of our pieces are crafted from solid natural wood, emphasizing durability and authenticity. In some designs, we may use premium veneers for structural or aesthetic reasons — always maintaining the same level of craftsmanship and finish quality.

Are there natural variations in the wood?
Yes — and that’s part of what makes every WoodStreet piece special. Since we use real wood, slight variations in color, grain, and texture naturally occur. These details are not imperfections; they’re a reflection of the wood’s authenticity and charm.

Refund & Exchange

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Yes — but it depends on the product type:
Standard Items:
Refunds and returns are accepted within 14 days as long as the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging.
Custom-Made Items:
Since these pieces are designed and produced specifically for your space and measurements, refunds are not available once production has started.
Can I exchange a product?
Standard Items:
You can exchange any standard item within 14 days, provided it’s in perfect condition and has not been used.
Custom-Made Items:
Exchanges are not possible because each piece is uniquely tailored.
However, if any issue arises during production or after delivery, our team will support you until it’s resolved.
What if the item has a manufacturing defect?
Whether standard or custom-made, any manufacturing defect is covered under our 5-year warranty.
We offer:
Free repair, or
Replacement of the defective part,
depending on the case.
Your satisfaction and product quality are always our priority.
Can I request changes after confirming a custom-made order?
Minor adjustments can be made before production begins.
Once production starts, changes may affect the cost and timeline — but we always do our best to support you and offer suitable solutions.
Can I cancel an order?
Standard Items:
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch with no fees.
Custom-Made Items:
Cancellation is only possible before the production phase starts.
After production begins, cancellation is not available due to material allocation and manufacturing processes.

Care & Warranty

How do I care for and maintain my wooden furniture?
Keep your furniture away from direct sunlight and moisture. Clean it with a soft, slightly damp cloth — avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. A light wood polish from time to time will help maintain its natural luster and protection.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all WoodStreet furniture comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Our craftsmanship is designed to last, and we stand behind the quality of every piece.
